SHOP RULES
- The online store www.freedombrands.pl (hereinafter referred to as the "Store") is operated by Freedom Brands sp.zo.o. based in Wrocław, address: Stanisława Leszczyńskiego 4 / 25, 50-078 Wrocław, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court in Wrocław, KRS under KRS number 0000874757, REGON 387758381, NIP 8971886944, which is also the administrator of personal data of the Store's Customers . In the further provisions of the Regulations, in order to simplify communication, we use the terms: "Freedom Brands", "we" or other pronouns designating the first person plural.
- In the regulations ("Regulations") we describe the rules for purchasing goods presented in the Store ("Goods"), registering your account, and other services described in the Regulations.
- You can check the regulations in the footer of the Store
- Information about the Goods that you can buy in the Store constitutes an invitation to conclude a sales contract within the meaning of the relevant legal provisions, in particular Art. 71 of the Civil Code.
- The goods in the Store are described in detail. The website contains information in particular about the properties of the Goods, its price and the material from which it is made.
- All trademarks and company names, designs, product descriptions and other elements thereof are subject to copyright and may not be copied or used in any way for your own purposes without the consent of Freedom Brands
- Read the Regulations and, before placing an order or creating an account in the Store, accept their content. Without accepting the Regulations, you will not be able to purchase Goods or use other services through the Store.
- The information you provide to us when placing an order should be truthful, current and accurate. Remember that we may refuse to process an order if the data provided is so inaccurate that it prevents the order from being processed, in particular prevents proper delivery of the shipment. Before refusing to process the order, we will make an attempt to contact you in order to obtain the data necessary to complete the order.
- We make every effort to ensure that your use of the Store is efficient and safe. We operate in accordance with applicable safety standards in this field.
- You cannot take actions that may pose a threat to the security of the Store, the security of your data and other customers' data or the security of purchases made.
III. CONCLUSION OF A CONTRACT FOR THE SALE OF GOODS
- In the Store, you can purchase Goods and use the services provided by freedombrands.pl on the terms described in the Regulations.
- You can place orders in the Store 24 hours a day, but orders placed on non-working days (Sundays and holidays) will be processed on the next business day.
- You can place an order by logging in to your account in the Store - we recommend using this method, as it significantly shortens the process of placing subsequent orders (you do not have to provide your data each time). However, you do not need to have an account in the Store to place an order - you can make purchases without registration, following the appropriate instructions on the Store's website.
- We will ask you to provide the data necessary to process your orders. We will mark all necessary data in the purchase form as required. Without providing the required data, we will not be able to process your order and issue an invoice or receipt.
- To place an order you will need to do the following:
- a) after selecting the Goods, add them to the "Cart" by selecting the appropriate size, quantity of Goods, their color, then go to the "Cart" and follow further instructions on the Store's website,
- b) you can change the contents of your "Basket" by deleting Goods or adding new Goods, as well as changing the data provided until you click the "Buy and pay" button,
- c) clicking the "Buy and pay" button means that you have made us an offer to purchase the Goods you selected on the terms described in the Regulations.
- After submitting your offer, you will receive an email containing basic information about your order. This e-mail will also contain information on how to submit a complaint and the rules for withdrawing from the sales contract. Please remember that this message is only a confirmation that the Store has received your order.
- After receiving your order, we will inform you that it has been submitted for verification at the warehouse, and then, after verification of the order, we will send another e-mail in which we will confirm the execution of your order (“ Order Processing and Shipping Confirmation ”) or we will refuse to accept your offer to purchase the Goods from the Store and indicate the reasons for the refusal.
- The email message indicated in point 7 above ( "Confirmation of order completion and shipment ") means that the sales contract for the Goods selected by you has been concluded on the terms described in these Regulations.
- Remember that before receiving the message indicated in point 7 (" Confirmation of order completion and shipment "), you can cancel your order at any time - just contact us. If you decide to cancel your order, we will always send you an e-mail confirming the cancellation.
- If you chose online payment, your order will be canceled if:
- a) the contact details are so inaccurate that delivery or contact with you to confirm the data is impossible,
- b) Your payment for the order will not be made within two business days.
- For placed orders, we issue an electronic personal VAT invoice for the purchased Goods. You will receive such an invoice at the e-mail address provided when placing the order. By accepting the Regulations, you submit a request to issue a VAT invoice instead of a receipt and accept the sending of an electronic VAT invoice to the e-mail address you provided.
- If you are an entrepreneur and want to purchase Goods in the Store as part of your business activity, you are also obliged to provide us with the data necessary to issue a VAT invoice to the company before concluding the sales contract, including: your company name and address and tax identification number. Remember that if you do not provide us with this data before concluding the sales contract, you are making a purchase as a consumer.
IV. DELIVERY AND COLLECTION OF GOODS
- We will deliver the goods purchased in the Store to the address indicated by you in the order in the Republic of Poland.
- We usually process orders within two business days, depending on the selected method of delivery of the Goods. The delivery of your order may be delayed during periods of intense shopping in the Store, e.g. during holiday periods, but we make every effort to ensure that your purchases reach you within a maximum of 7 days from receiving the Shipping and Order Confirmation. We may delay the processing of your order until we have received payment of the price for the Goods, if you choose to pay online.
- We will deliver the goods to you as follows:
- a) courier company to the address indicated by you in Poland,
- b) to the selected collection point (e.g. collection point of the courier company)

V. PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS- The prices of Goods in the Store are given in Polish zlotys. The prices quoted include VAT.
- You can pay for the order by selecting one of the payment methods available in the Store. The payment methods available in the Store are presented on the Payment methods subpage: https://freedombrands.pl/pages/metody-platnosci and in the purchasing process at the step of selecting the payment method.
- If you choose Online Payments, the funds must be credited to your freedombrands.pl account within 2 days of placing the order, otherwise the order will be canceled. You can, of course, re-order by selecting a different payment method or making an online payment on time.
- Remember that we may change the prices of Goods in the Store, change the assortment, introduce promotions or other product reductions, but such changes will not violate already concluded sales contracts or the rights of Customers who benefit from a specific promotion.
- In the Store we sell only new and original Goods. FreedomBrands.pl is responsible for the lack of conformity of the Goods with the contract existing at the time of its delivery and disclosed within two years from that moment.
- If you believe that the Goods you have purchased are inconsistent with the contract / defective, you may submit a complaint in accordance with the relevant legal provisions and the provisions of the Regulations.
- You can submit a complaint in the following way:
- a) send back the complained Goods with a written description of the defect - you can use the complaint form we provide, downloaded from the Store's website, but it is not necessary,
- b) send the complaint by registered mail or another form of delivery to the following address: Online Store FreedomBrands.pl ul. Piłsudskiego 52, 50-033 Wrocław, with the note: "Complaint e-shop FreedomBrands.pl"
- c) you will receive information from us on how to handle your complaint within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Goods you complained about.
- When submitting a complaint, you are entitled to:
- a) demand that the Goods be brought into compliance with the contract by replacing or repairing them.
If both repair and replacement are impossible or would require excessive costs for us, we may refuse to bring the goods into conformity with the contract in the manner you choose, i.e. by repair or replacement. You then have the right to withdraw from the contract or reduce the price.
- b) submitting a declaration of price reduction (with an indication of the amount) or withdrawal from the contract if:
- we have not repaired or replaced the Goods or, where applicable, we have not repaired or replaced them in accordance with the regulations or we have refused to repair or replace them because they were impossible or required excessive costs;
- the lack of compliance of the Goods with the contract continues despite our attempts to bring the Goods into compliance with the contract (by replacing or repairing them);
- the lack of conformity of the Goods with the contract is so significant that it justifies an immediate price reduction or withdrawal from the contract without prior request for repair or replacement of the Goods;
- we have represented that we will not bring the Goods into conformity with the contract (by replacement or repair) within a reasonable time or without serious inconvenience to you, or this is clear from the circumstances;
however, you have the right to withdraw from the contract if the lack of compliance with the contract is immaterial.
- If the complaint is not accepted, we will send the Goods back along with an opinion on the groundlessness of the complaint.
- When receiving the parcel, check whether it is not damaged. If you find damage to the Goods, ask the carrier or the person issuing the Goods to you at the collection point to prepare a damage report on the shipment or report the damage in accordance with the instructions provided in the InPost parcel locker.
- The provisions of this point VI above shall apply mutatis mutandis to a natural person concluding a contract directly related to his/her business activity, when the content of this contract shows that it does not have a professional character for this person, resulting in particular from the subject of his/her business activity, made available on the website. based on the provisions on the Central Registration and Information on Business.
VII. RETURNS OF GOODS – WITHDRAWAL FROM THE SALES AGREEMENT
- If you purchase Goods as a consumer, you may withdraw from the concluded sales contract without giving reasons, on the terms set out below.
- You may withdraw from the contract for the sale of Goods in the Store within 30 days from the date of receipt of the Goods.
- You can exercise your right of withdrawal in the following way:
- a) inform us about your decision to withdraw from the contract by e-mail to sklep@freedombrands.pl
- b) for this purpose, you can use the model withdrawal form that we provide on the Store's website, but this is not obligatory - it is enough for us to receive a clear message from you that you have decided to withdraw from the sales contract for specific Goods.
- c) if you submit a declaration of withdrawal from the sales contract to the e-mail address of the Store, we will immediately confirm the receipt of such a declaration in the feedback sent to your e-mail address,
- d) you will keep the deadline for withdrawal from the contract if you send the parcel by post or send us an e-mail with a declaration of withdrawal before its expiry,
- e) send the Goods affected by the withdrawal from the contract to the following address:

- If you withdraw from the contract for the sale of Goods:
- a) you will be obliged to cover the costs of returning the Goods to which the withdrawal applies,
- b) we will refund the payments received from you immediately, but no later than within 14 days from the date of receiving your declaration of withdrawal. We will also refund delivery costs if you return all Goods purchased in one order. We may withhold the refund of your payments until we receive the returned Goods from you or until you send proof of returning the Goods - whichever comes first.
- c) we will make the refund using the same method you used to make the payment, unless you agree to the refund using other means - in any case you will not incur any additional costs related to the refund of the amounts paid,
- Remember, however, that under the law you are responsible for the reduction in the value of the returned Goods resulting from using them in a manner other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the purchased Goods.
- The provisions of this point VII shall apply mutatis mutandis to a natural person concluding a contract directly related to his/her business activity, when the content of this contract shows that it does not have a professional character for this person, resulting in particular from the subject of his/her business activity, made available on the basis of provisions on the Central Registration and Information on Business
VIII. INFORMATION REGARDING SERVICES PROVIDED ELECTRONICALLY
- Through the FreedomBrands.pl Store, it provides customers with the following services electronically:
- a) enabling the conclusion of online sales contracts for Goods in the Store, in accordance with the Regulations,
- b) enabling the creation of a Customer account in the Store and the use of its functionalities.
- You are entitled to withdraw from concluded contracts for the sale of Goods in the Store on the terms set out in the relevant legal provisions and in the Regulations.
- To use the Store in accordance with its functions, you need:
- a) access to the Internet,
- b) using a typical web browser such as Chrome, Safari, Opera, FireFox or similar,
- c) e-mail accounts.
- You can submit a complaint regarding the services provided by FreedomMoses.pl by sending an e-mail to the address of the Customer Service Office: sklep@freedombrands.pl or by contacting the Customer Service Office by phone. When submitting a complaint, describe what it concerns and tell us your expectations as to how it is to be handled. We will consider your application as soon as possible, and in any case you will receive a response within 14 days of receiving your application.
- Before concluding a contract for the sale of products in the Store, you should read the Regulations and accept their content. We allow you to read the Regulations with each order. We will inform you about changes to the Regulations by e-mail if you have an account in the Store. If you do not accept the planned changes, you can request deletion of your account in the Store at any time.
- We apply Polish law to the sale of products in the Store.
- In matters not regulated in the Regulations, we apply the relevant provisions of Polish law.
- We may change the Regulations in cases such as:
- a) changes in legal provisions or their interpretation by relevant authorities or as a result of court decisions, as well as explanations, interpretations or recommendations issued by relevant state authorities, if this is important for the provisions of the Regulations,
- b) change in the method of providing services covered by the Regulations, which may be due to technical and technological reasons, security reasons, the need to improve the operation of the Store or to improve the quality of the services we provide,
- c) changing the scope or method of services provided under the Regulations by introducing new functions or services, modifying or withdrawing existing functions or services,
- d) change of payment or shipping methods,
- e) the need to introduce editorial changes.
- Changes to the Regulations apply to contracts for the sale of Goods in the Store concluded after the changes come into force.
